Sales Policy |
1) All customer are encouraged to call the call center for technical service if
you experience any difficulty performing the recovery. If you are unable to perform
the recovery process, ALL customers are permitted to ship the computer to the Recovery
Center for a technician to perform the recovery on the computer. This is a free
service offered to all customers. There will be a shipping label included in your
recovery kit, with ship to address, instructions, etc. for utilizing this free service.
2) Due to us offering to fix the computer at NO COST TO YOU, we do not
allow any returns once the product ships. There are NO Exceptions to this
rule.
3) Buyer may return defective merchandise for exchange only, to Computer
Surgeons within two (2) weeks of receipt, provided Buyer obtains a RMA NUMBER
from Computer Surgeons prior to exchanging goods. Computer Surgeons shall
reserve the right to have Buyer return defective merchandise directly to
the manufacturer or other service center. Computer Surgeons makes no warranty,
express or implied, other than those specifically set fourth herein.
4) The commitment of protecting our customer's privacy is our first priority. We
guarantee that all information you have shared with us is confidential. Your information
will not be sold or used by any other company. The information that we have gathered
from you are only for processing orders as well as to provide you a more personalized
shopping experience. Only authorized Computer Surgeons personnel can check your
records. With Computer Surgeons, you will always have peace of mind!
